We are the champions

Well, actually, they are. Dayven's football team, Assault, that is. His 7-man football team won the championship this week. He was so excited. They played three games in a row and he didn’t get home until 11pm. This video shows them in action. Dayven is number 83, the guy rocking the white knee socks (I have asked him several times to explain their importance but I still don’t get it). Anyway, whatever their purpose, they must work. It’s a fashion trend he’s been sporting for every athletic event he's ever been involved in – starting in high school through college. His team is playing in another 5-man championship this weekend. This record-breaking heat doesn't seem to be slowing them down.
