The kids had fun at their school Valentine's parties. Wyatt came home from his party with a paper bag stuffed full to the brim with goodies. He shared his loot since Hadley had shared hers earlier in the week. Dayven brought home a beautiful bouquet of flowers and we enjoyed a nice quiet evening at home with a bottle of wine, pretty much how we spend every Friday night, minus the flowers.

It turns out the groundhog was right. The weather is still crap. It
will periodically warm up and the snow will melt, then it will rain,
then we'll have ice, another school delay, then it will snow again. It's
a vicious cycle. I don't think spring is going to happen anytime soon. We try to make the most of it. When there's a break in the weather, Wyatt will go out and play. When it snows, only Hadley and Tate are game. Otherwise, we're crafting, playing, watching movies and going to the library. Dayven took the kids to see the Lego movie and they all loved it. By July we'll be complaining how hot it is so I guess we'll just enjoy the current season for now.

We got the call that school was delayed so we're snuggling in bed.

We made paper "Fortune Tellers" and the kids thought they were so fun.

This entertained them for an hour.

Do all Trader Joes have Iceburgh?Denver just had 2 open up and one in Boulder. Only one has liquor and their parking lot is not large enough so there is a big problem. Do you make your own sushi? I make it but not often. We love it.We got hooked on it on a cruise years ago. They had a sushi bar before we entered the dining room for dinner.
