Well, it’s Mardi Gras (French for Fat Tuesday in case you didn’t know), officially the last day of the Carnival celebration and the day before Ash Wednesday. We’re not Catholic, so we’re not giving up anything for Lent, but that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate, right?
