Despite the cold weather, Wyatt and I had to get out of the house so we bundled up and headed to the gym. Wyatt loves "exercising" in the gym nursery while I'm working out. Right now, the gym is crowded full of people with overly-ambitious New Year's resolutions and won't thin out again until at least March or April, but it still feels good to get back in shape. You wouldn't believe how many people were there at 9am on a Monday morning. Don't these people have jobs??

A frosty outing
Despite the cold weather, Wyatt and I had to get out of the house so we bundled up and headed to the gym. Wyatt loves "exercising" in the gym nursery while I'm working out.
